All you need to know before renting with VX Holo
1. What is multi-fan synchronization?
Multi-fan synchronization is a feature our projectors have that allows them to work together to run the same video simultaneously on multiple projectors or create one large version of a video. For example, you could use a 4x4 wall (a grid of 4 projectors by 4 projectors) to run an animation of an orange simultaneously to produce 16 oranges OR produce a giant orange.
2. What kind of events can holograms be used at?
Our holographic projections are perfect for a variety of events including but not limited to birthdays, weddings, corporate events, trade shows, and musical events.
3. How large can I make my projection?
We can acomodate projections up to 10 feet x 10 feet.
4. What locations do you serve?
We serve New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and New Jersey.
5. What if I need to cancel my event?
There is a non-refundable deposit of 50% upon the confirmation of your event date, with the balance being paid on the day of the event. You can reschedule any time up to one week before the event and your deposit will be put towards the new date. Please note all graphic design services (logo rendering & custom animation design) are non-refundable.
6. Can I add new images or videos while the event is happening?
Yes! With our field operator present, you can send him whatever images or videos you desire and he can upload them onto the fans.
7. How long does set up usually take?
An Individual projector (without protective cover) takes roughly 20 minutes to set up. With the protective cover, set up should be around 40 minutes. For multi-fan projections, the process can take anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half.
8. Can I add my own visuals to the fan?
Yes! If you have your own visuals you would like to use on the fan, we can project those. If you do not have your own visuals, our in-house design team will create animations based on your specifications.
